摘    要:用沉淀-浸渍法制备了SO4^2-/ZrO2固体酸催化剂并应用于葡萄糖水解制乙酰丙酸的反应。采用正交实验确定了适宜的反应条件。采用单因素实验考察了沉淀pH、硫酸浸渍液浓度、焙烧温度和焙烧时间对乙酰丙酸收率的影响。实验结果表明,适宜的反应条件是葡萄糖浓度为3g/L、催化剂用量为2g/L、反应温度为180℃、反应时间为6h;适宜的制备条件为:沉淀pH等于9、硫酸浸渍液浓度等于0.6mol/L、焙烧温度为500℃、焙烧时间为6h。

Abstract:Solid acid SO4^2-/ZrO2 prepared by precipitation-impregnation was studied for hydrolysis of glucose to levulinic acid. The optimal reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal design, and the affection to yield of some factors such as precipitation pH, concentration of sulfuric acid, calcined temperature and calcined time were researched. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were 3 g/L glucose, 2 g/L catalyst, 180 ℃, 6 h, and the optimal preparative conditions of catalyst were 9(pH), 0.6 mol/L H2SO4, 500℃, 6 h.
