绿色产品生命周期分析工具开发研究

摘    要:通过深入分析产品及其生命周期活动的本质,提出了绿色产吕评价的生命周期模型,该模型抓住了产品及其生命周期活动的共性,增强绿色产品评价的可操作性,研制了一套绿色产品生命周期分析软件系统-GPLCAS。该软件应用IDEF0进行总体设计,使得系统功能设计简单明了,按照面向对象设计的思想,提出用功能单元类和过程类来抽象产品及其生命周期活动,实现了系统的详细设计,举例详述了GPLCAS的各大模块。

Abstract:Through analysis of products and their life cycle activity, a life cycle model of green product assessment is presented, which includes function units and processes. For the model reflects the commonness of products and their life cycle activity, the operability of green product assessment can be increased greatly. On the basis of the life cycle model, a software tool for green product life cycle analysis, named GPLCAS, is developed. In order to make the system function clear, IDEF0 is adopted for the overall design of GPLCAS. To increase the reusability, expandability and maintainability of GPLCAS, function unit and process classes are used for abstract products and their life cycle activity. In the end, a case study is given to show the functions of GPLCAS.
