催化合成对羟基苯甲酸戊酯的研究

摘    要:以戊醇和对羟基苯甲酸为原料,黄铁矾作催化剂,催化合成对羟基苯甲酸戊酯。研究了反应温度、反应时间、投料比和催化剂用量等因素对酯化反应的影响。结果表明:反应的酸醇比为1∶3,催化剂用量1.5g,反应温度110~160℃,反应2h,酯产率可达93.3%。

Study on catalytic synthesis of pentyl p-hydroxybenzoate
Abstract:The pentyl p hydroxybenzoate had been synthesized from pentanol and p hydroxybenzoic acid with yellow ferric vitriol as catalyst. The effect of reaction temperature and time, molar ratio of p hydroxybenzoic acid to pentanol and the dose of catalyst on the esterification are studied.The results showed that the reaction at 110 ~ 160 ℃ for 2 h,molar ratio of p hydroxybenzoic acid to pentanol was 3∶1,the catalyst dose 1.5 g,the yield of esterification reached 93.3%?
