摘 要: | 采用k-ε湍流模型及离散相模型,利用计算流体力学软件模拟烧结砖隧道窑冷却带气固两相流动,分析了不同风速及稀、密两种码砖方式下固体颗粒污染物在砖垛内的分布状况,为降低隧道窑固体颗粒物的排放提供参考。

Abstract: | The K-epsilon turbulence model and discrete phase model are used to simulate the gas-solid two phase flow in cooling zone of tunnel kiln with the fluid dynamics computational software. The distribution of solid particle pollution in the stacks is analyzed in the case of different wind speeds and loose or dense arrangement of green body, which provides a reference to decrease the emission of the fine particles pollutants of tunnel kiln. |
