钾及其化合物对黑液水煤浆催化气化的作用

摘    要:对黑液水煤浆、水煤浆进行了不等温热重实验,发现在1 200 ℃下,黑液水煤浆焦的转化率较高,气化活性比水煤浆焦提高了68.8%,黑液水煤浆焦的霞石的衍射峰值达到1 050,比水煤浆焦的峰值高出22.5%.通过计算可得黑液水煤浆焦的活化能为125.44 kJ/mol,添加催化剂碳酸钾后煤焦的活化能比没有添加时下降了近40%.

Abstract:In order to study the gasification characteristics of coal black liquor slurry(CBLS) char, CBLS char and coal water slurry(CWS) char were taken by thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA), XRD and SEM.It reveales that the appropriate gasification temperature of CBLS char is 1 200 ℃,compared to CWS,the gasification reaction specific of CBLS increased 68.8%.There are many spots and micropores on the surface of CBLS char, which play a key role in the gasification process.XRD analysis was carried on samples of CBLS and CWS, which showed that K2CO3 was the mainly crystal components.Compared to CWS,the activity energy of CBLS decreased to 40%.
