| Abstract: | An experimental results are reported here on the photoluminescence researched in terms of the solar battery made up of polycrystalline silicon. The paper also presents a two-dimensional scanning records on a relative intensity of the photoluminescence displayed by a sampled polysillicon, and the experimental curve indicating differential changes and relative laminous intensity shown near the crystal boundary. |
