水电厂监控系统AGC远方控制功能的改进及应用

摘    要:分析了水电厂监控系统中现有自动发电控制(AGC)远方控制功能存在的问题,对水电厂监控系统接收和处理省调下发AGC远方单机控制命令的各个环节及所需时间进行了实际测算,分析了各环节产生时延的原因,提出了减少控制环节、提高数据传输速率等改进措施,减少了AGC控制时延,提高了AGC机组对命令的响应及控制精度.

Abstract:The existing problems in the AGC remote control function of the hydropower station monitoring and control system are analyzed. Each link and its delay time related to the hydropower station monitoring and control system receiving remote AGC commands from the provincial dispatch center are measured. Based on the analysis of the cause of time delay, improvements are proposed for reducing control loops and enhancing data transmission rate so that the AGC command control delay can be reduced and the precision of control can be improved.
