有杆泵井下空气包设计及分析

摘    要:随着国内各油田相继进入开发中,后期,大泵强采生产工艺普遍应用,类似流体惯性引起的系统设备超载问题日渐突出,为了减少液柱惯性效应对系统设备的损坏,在井下空气包已有研究成果的基础上,设计了一种安装在抽油杆上的下空气包装置。这种设计与美国的皮囊式阻尼器以及以前设计的安装在油管上的安装相比,设计更为准确,油田使用和维修更为方便;对影响井下空气包设计的主要因素进行了分析,这有利于油田在设计、制造和使用空气包时,科学的选择不同的井况、抽汲参数以及合理的流体载荷惯性降低百分比,使这种装置在满足降低流体惯性载荷的前提下,空气包更易于加工。

Abstract:With the oil fields continuously exploit at its mid-after periods,the bigger pump have be used to pump oil generally.The equipment has been destructed on the increase because of the fluid inertia.To decrease the effect of the fluid inertia on the pumping equipment,on the basis of the fruit of downhole air chamber studied,a downhole air chamber equipment which can set on the pumping rod is designed.As compared with the American downhole pulsation dampener and the downhole air chamber set on the tubing which authors's had designed,the design is more precise and convenient when it be used and maintained in oil fields.In this paper,the factors of effecting the air chamber design are analysed.The analysis is beneficial to design,manufacture and use of air chamber.
