| 摘 要： | 保持科学适度的电力供应短缺，有利于促进电力需求侧管理和节约能源，有利于促进产业结构调整和经济转型，有利于促进电力投资的稳定，有利于促进地区经济平衡发展，有利于促进环境保护。文中提出了保持适度电力供应短缺的问题和解决方法。

| Abstract: | Keeping a proper shortage of power supply will be helpful to enforcing the power demand side management and energy saving, stimulating the adjustment of industry structure and economic transformation,stabilizing the investment of power industry, balancing the economic development of deferent area,and promoting the environmental protection. The problem and solving method of how to keep a proper shortage of power supply were put forward. |
