湿式强磁选提纯黑电气石的试验研究

摘    要:采用岩矿鉴定、XRD、化学分析、强磁选等分析和试验方法,对内蒙赤峰黑电气石矿石矿物组成、化学成分、提纯加工工艺进行了研究。研究结果表明,原矿矿石矿物组成为黑电气石和石英,采用二段磨矿、一次粗选、一次精选、一次扫选,中矿集中返回粗选的强磁选工艺流程,使原矿品位70%的黑电气石提纯到95%以上。

Abstract:The mineral and chemical composition and purifying process of schorl from Chifeng District, Inner Monglia were investigated by rock identification, XRD chemical analysis and high intensity magnetic separation. The results show that the run-of-mine ore is composed of schorl and quartz and the schorl grade can be raised from the original 75% to over 95% by a flowsheet consisting of two-stage grinding and high-intensity magnetic separation which includes one roughing, one cleaning and one scanveging, with the middings returning to the roughing.
