摘    要:研制的新型IFRC-871饰面型水性膨胀型防火涂料,具有优良的防火性能和普通饰面漆的装饰作用,其耐火和装饰性能超过目前市售的防火涂料,它还可用作钢结构防火涂料.该涂料以双氰胺-尿素-甲醛树脂为基料,研究了基料合成反应的机理和方法;用正交设计方法确定了最佳配方,在最佳配方和涂覆比为3.0kg/m2(涂层厚度小于<3mm)时,耐燃时间可达到300min;考察了基料、颜填料和成炭剂用量对涂料耐火性能的影响.该涂料具有涂层薄、省工省时、附着力强、适用范围广等特点.其为水基涂料,不含有机溶剂,为绿色环保型产品.

Development of IFRC-871 Finishing Intumescent Fireproof Coating
Abstract:The prepared IFRC-871 coating is finishing, aqueous, intumescent fire-retardant coating. The fire-retardant property of coating is excellent and its decorating property is as good as the common decorating lacquer. The performance of fireproof and ornament of this coating is supper to the ones in market at present. The coating can be also applied to steel structures. The fundamental materials of the coating is the dicyandiamide-urea-formaldehyde resin. The mechanism and method of synthetic reaction for fundamental material was studied. The optimum formula was studied using orthogonal experiment. When using optimal formula and coating ratio 3.0 kg/m 2,(coating thickness <3 mm),detected fire-retardant time is 300 min. The effect of using level of fundamental materials,packing, and etc. on fire-retardant properties was studed. The coating have feature of thin coating layer, saving work amount and saving work time ,strong adhesive force, wide applicability etc. Because the coating is aqueous, it contains no organic dissolvents,and it is a green product of environmental protection.
