内蒙古油砂抽提沥青的实验研究

摘    要:进行了热碱水抽提内蒙古油砂中沥青的实验研究。结果表明,最佳抽提条件为:碱液浓度0.3%,抽提温度90℃,碱液/油砂质量比1.5~2.0,搅拌速度75~100r/min,抽提时间20min。在抽提得到的粗沥青中加入质量分数为20%的石油醚(馏程60—90℃),于45℃下进行了进一步的脱砂处理。结果表明,砂粒与沥青基本分离,所得沥青中沥青质的质量分数达43.40%。

Abstract:The experiment of extracting bitumen from Inner Mongolia oil sand by hot alkaline solution was investigated. The results showed that the optimal conditions of extraction were:concentration of alkaline solution 0.3% , extraction temperature 90℃, the mass ratio of alkaline solution to oil sand 1.5 - 2.0, stir speed 75 - 100 r/min and reaction time 20 min. The obtained bitumen was further detached with pc-troleum ether (boiling range 60 -90℃ ) of mass fraction of 20% at 45℃. The results showed that the bitumen was basically and the mass fraction of seperated from the sand, asphahine in the bitumen could reached 43.40%.
