| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济时代的到来，企业的组织形式日趋集团化，经营方式走向多元化，组织结构倾向于扁平化和网络化。跨行业、跨地区的多种经济性质企业并存的企业组织形式大量出现，给财务管理带来了新的课题。本文介绍了一个基于Agent的财务管理系统，解决了财务数据快速准确统计、投资项目的预算管理、资金控制、利益分配等问题。

| Abstract: | with he coming of the global economy era, the structure form of enterprises is becoming collectivized, the management is multilized and the organization structure is apt to be more flat and connected with internet. The emergence of abundant enterprises which cover different industries and areas bring about a new problem to financial administration. This article introduces a financial administration system based on Agent technology, which can solve a series of problems like quick and accurate statistic of financial data, budget management of new investment, capital control and benefit distribution. |
