| 摘 要： | 为了满足市场需要，研制了ZX7－160直流脉冲氩弧焊机，并对该焊机的电路组成及工作原理进行了介绍，对PWM脉宽调制技术做了较详细的分析。实践表明，该焊机满足设计要求，具有体积小、质量轻、高效节能等特点，并具有良好的焊接工艺性能。 |

| Abstract: | DC pulse TIG welding machine ZX7 160 is developed for meeting the needs of the market.The circuit composition of the machine and its working principle are introduced.PWM technology is analyzed in detail.Practice indicates that the machine meets the demand of the design and has many features. |
