摘    要:合成氨是利用一入半水煤气中的氮气和氢气来合成。针对一入半水煤气中含有的煤尘、焦油等严重影响后系统的生产清况,在气柜出口及脱硫系统后充分利用静电除焦塔及洗气塔对一入半水煤气进行净化,不仅可以提高脱硫效果,而且可以达到合成氨压缩机提产、节电、节能等功效,进而保证大负荷生产。

Abstract:The synthetic ammonia production is synthesed by the Nitrogen and the Hydrogen in the semi-water gas.Because the coal dust,the tar and so on seriously influence the systematic production,which are in as soon as enters in the semi-water gas,so the semi-water gas must be purified through using the gas washing tower.Not only the desulphurization effect may be enhanced,but also production of the synthetic ammonia compressor may be raised,its eletricity and energy can be saved,then big load production may be ensured.
