摘    要:针对某电厂1号机组1A真空泵运行期间叶片断裂现象,通过力学性能试验、化学成分分析及金相组织检查,认为焊后热处理温度处于奥氏体不锈钢"敏化"温度区间,导致晶界"贫铬",产生晶间腐蚀,是导致叶片断裂的原因,并提出在修复过程中可采取的处理措施.

Failure Analysis on Vacuum Pump Blade of Power Plant Generating Unit
Abstract:Aiming at the fracture situation of some power plant No.1 generating unit 1A vacuum pump blade during service,this paper considers the reason of the fracture cause from mechanical property examination,chemical analysis and metallurgical structure examination.The results show that the temperature of heat-treatment is in the temperature range of sensitization of austenitic stainless steel,which causes shortage of chrome,then causes intergranular corrosion and fracture,and proposes some control measures in the repairing process.
