摘    要:从Co板出发采用合成法进行了蓄电池添加剂Co(OH)2的制备研究。通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜观测,讨论了pH值、作用方式、温度、浓度等不同制备条件对反应产物组成、结构的影响,并提出了Co(OH)2氧化的理论根据,制出了具有较高纯度和结晶度的Co(OH)2晶体。

Abstract:Cobalt hydroxide, the additives of secondary batteries were prepared from Co plate by means of the synthetic method. By powder XRD measurements and SEM abservations, the effects of pH values, the way of action, the temperature and the concentration on the composition and structure of the prepared Co (OH) 2 were discussed. The theoretical grounds of the oxidation of cobalt hydroxide were put forward. The high purity and high crystallinity cobalt hydroxide was prepared.
