| 摘 要： | 文章从PPP融资模式下的选址策划、功能布局、建筑形象创新等方面，解读德国06世界杯体育场馆建设的理性探索。文章得出结论：在消费经济时代，作为城市文化生态的重要子系统，PPP融资模式的利益双赢诉求，使德国世界杯体育场不仅在建筑选址、功能、形象、尺度方面都尽可能弱化现代技术的异化对城市文化的破坏和城市文脉的割裂，而且发展成为商业体育产业良性循环的载体，为我们规划建设体育、商业、文化良性循环系统提供了启示。

| Abstract: | Based on the rational value of the Private Finance Initiative or the PPP pattern during the construction and management of the 2006 FIFA venues,the author concludes the rationally reciprocal design approaches and strategies of the 2006 FIFA venues, among of which mostly are the intensive renovation with the flexible capacity of the stand, the unique image and the constructive details of the humanism consideration. In the end, it＇s dedicated that the successful experience of the FIFA venues provides us useful inspiration of the planning and construction of the basic sports facilities in our own country. |
