摘    要:采用超音速活性电弧喷涂(HVAA)系统对适用于锅炉四管喷涂用的NiCrFe-Cr2C3合金进行了喷涂试验;通过金相组织研究、SEM检测以及X射线衍射分析,证明其具有良好的组织形貌;同时HVAA所制备的NiCrFe-Cr2C3合金涂层的性能相对于普通电弧喷涂涂层,除了更致密并具有更高的硬度外,涂层成分还具有更多的金属间化合物或络合物,对提高涂层性能有一定影响。

Abstract:In this paper the principle and technology of supersonic arc spraying High Velocity Activated Arc(HVAA)spraying are studied. In order to investigate its application in the "four pipes" of boilers ', NiCrFe Cr2C3 alloy coatings are made, and phase experiment, SEM test, X ray diffraction experiment and bonding strength experiment are applied to those samples. As a new technology in arc spraying, HVAA has more advantage than other normal arc sprayings, such as higher bonding strength, high hardness, and lower void ratio, multi phases are found to form in the coatings, this may have good influence on the characteristic of the coatings of HVAA coatings.
