摘    要:井楼油田一区核三段Ⅲ油组经过多年的蒸汽吞吐开发,已进入开发中后期,储层非均质性导致剩余油呈现总体分散但局部富集的特点,文中得用SPSS因子分析法,确定了用于描述储层质量及几何形态的关键参数,在此基础上引入储层综合评价参数,对储层非均质性进行综合、定量描述,揭示了储层非均质性对油田开发的影响。研究表明,针对评价指数超过0.6的层位进行封堵,控制其汽窜影响,能有效启动潜力层;评价指数为0.3~0.7的区域具有较好的地质条件,水淹程度较低,是剩余油进一步挖潜的主要区域。
