无功电压自动控制(AVC)系统建设

摘    要:托电在机组运行时对电压的控制还采用运行人员监视母线电压和机组无功,手动调节,存在很明显的缺点,所以从全网统一考虑要求建立一套无功电压自动控制系统。AVC的投运,为电网安全稳定控制提供了先进技术手段,提高了华北电网主网电压质量,保证了系统安全稳定水平所需的优质电压,有效地消除电网可能存在的低频振荡,避免了电网大面积停电事故,减轻了运行人员调整电压的劳动强度、降低了网损,取得了较大的社会效益与经济效益。

Abstract:Tuoketuo Power Generation Co. Ltd adopts a technique which operation personnel keep a watchful eye on the bus voltage and reactive power during units Operation. Manual regulation has obvious shortcomings. So unified considering the entire power grid, the facts call for a suite of automatic voltage control (AVC) system. The commis- sioning of AVC, first, provides advanced technology to control power grid safely and economically. Second, it pro- motes the voltage quality of the main network of NCPN. Third, it guarantees a high quality voltage to keep the system safe. Fourthly, it eliminates low-frequency oscillation effectively. Fifth, it avoids large-scale power grid outage. Last but not the least, it not only reduces the labor intensity for adjusting voltage, but also decreases losses to gain more social benefits and economic returns.
