摘    要:介绍了工程机械车桥专用满装薄壁双列圆柱滚子轴承的安装部位及结构形式;分析了轴承优化设计中目标函数及相关约束的选取,运用Matlab优化工具箱及所编程序实现了轴承的优化设计,比原来凭经验设计的轴承承载能力提高了9.6%;并给出了该类轴承的关键结构参数,最后,为了避免滚子两端的边界应力集中,对滚子凸度进行了设计,采用了凸度为0.006 mm的对数素线凸度滚子.

Abstract:The mounting position and types of filled thin-walled double row cylindrical roller bearing special used in construction machinery axle are introduced.It is analyzed in detail how to choose and use the target function and relative constrains concerning optimizing design.The optimizing toolbox of Matlab is utilized for realizing optimizing design of bearing.As a result,the carrying capacity of bearing is 9.6% higher than before.And give the key structural parameters of this type of bearing.In order to avoid ...
