| 摘 要： | 基于新的STEP-NC数控接口标准,对STEP-NC的SCHEMA进行解析,研究STEP-NC数控程序的生成方法。分析和研究了STEP-NC数控程序,探讨Part21文件的格式和部分关键信息的生成方法,研究SCHEMA到STEP-NC数控程序的映射方法。基于SCHEMA开发了STEP-NC数控编程系统,该系统采用开放式模块设计,分为信息提取与特征识别模块、工艺规划模块、STEP-NC文件生成模块。该系统可进行自动特征识别,经人机交互方式进行工艺规划,最终生成STEP-NC数控程序。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to analyze the SCHEMA of STEP-NC, and to study the generation method of NC program based on the new STEP-NC interface standard. This paper analyzes and studies the STEP-NC program, as well as the fo rmat and generation method of Part21 are discussed. The mapping method between S CHEMA and STEP-NC is studied. On the basis of CHEMA, we developed an STEP-NC pro gramming system, which is built on open module designing thought. This system in cludes information abstraction and feature identification module, art planning m odule and STEP-NC file generation module. This system can identifies features au tomatically and generates STEP-NC program with human-computer interaction art planning |
