固定流量系统改为变流量系统的探讨

摘    要:首先分析了现有空调系统存在的问题,并指出这些问题带来的严重后果,提出应对该系统进行改进。分析了两种控制方式在改进方案中的优劣,指出按照回水温度控制的方式比较适合现有系统的改造。分析了改进方案的理论根据,指出这是由于过去设计保守和盘管本身热力特性等原因决定的。最后,通过两个工程实例说明了节能的效果,并给出适合进行改造的工程所应具备的条件。

Abstract:The disadvantages in an existing air-conditioning system are analyzed. The serious after-effect the disadvantages may bring forward and the system should be improved are pointed out. It is concluded that the retrofitting scheme of controlling return temperature is suitable after comparisons of two control schemes. The retrofitting scheme is theoretically analyzed. The energy conservation effect of the retrofitting schemeis verified by two typical engineering examples. The applicable condition of the retrofitting scheme is given.
