Human resource development is also a strategic question to management of PCB manufacture enterprise. This thesis will analyze merits of staff performance assessment, frequent questions which occur in assess-ment and how to establish staff performance system in PCB manufacture industry. By this analysis, thesis states how to manage and successively motivate staff performance with scientific management instrument, in order to reach the purpose of cultivating talents, putting good use of their ability and to obtain their loyalty, and finally to realize sustainable development of enterprise.
