| Abstract: | The technique of farmland soil moisture content monitoring-forecasting has good affection in instructing masses to irrigate scientifically, realizing agriculture water-saving and taking some measures to reduce the natural disasters caused by drought and the way to solve them. To promote this technology, the paper proposes the questions should be pay attention to. |
