U75V钢流动应力的试验研究

摘    要:针对U75V钢,利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机对其在不同温度和应变速率下的流动应力进行试验研究.通过实测数据,分析变形温度、变形速率和变形程度与流动应力之间的关系,确定了U75V钢流动应力的数学模型.对其数学模型进行回归,将理论计算与试验数据进行对比,证明此模型具有良好的曲线拟合特性,可以做为工艺计算和数值模拟的依据.

Abstract:Metal flow stress of U75V steel was studied by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation testing machine.By actual measurement,the deformation temperature,rate of deformation,degree of deformation and the relationship with flow stress were analyzed.The mathematic model of metal deformation flow stress was made.The regression analysis of the mathematic model was done.Through the comparison between theoretical calculation and experimental records,it approves that the mathematic model has a good curve fitting.The mathem...
