手工装配作业单元的布局优化设计研究

摘    要:针对典型的手工装配作业单元,将人的因素在布局中的影响定量化,结合物流因素,提出新的布局优化设计模型,并采用遗传算法对其求解。实例研究的仿真结果表明,基于新模型的手工作业单元的布局设计方案,在优化物流、保证作业效率的同时,还能优化作业姿态,从而降低作业者从事手工装配作业的平均能量消耗水平。

Abstract:For the facility layout problem of manual assembly workstation, the cost of material handling is always regarded as the central consideration, and the human factors are often ignored. In this paper, a new mathematical model is developed based on the hybrid optimization of material flow and human factors. The human factors are quantified to incorporate into the model. An efficient genetic algorithm is adopted to get optimal solution of the new developed model. Practical investigation and simulation are conducted to validate the proposed approach. The results indicate that the proposed approach could decrease the energy expenditure level of the workers by optimizing the working posture.
