摘    要:本文简单介绍了齿轮测量方法、仪器和测量元件;重点分析了齿轮整体误差测量法中所用跳牙测量蜗杆和跳牙测量齿轮的特点;立足于现有跳牙测量蜗杆制造技术基础,展望跳牙测量齿轮的商业化生产与应用。

Abstract:The gear measuring methods,instruments and elements are briefly introduced in this paper. All the features of the master worm and master gear with interval measuring teeth used in gear integrated error measuring technology are analyzed,and the commercial production and application of the master gear with interval measuring teeth is prospected based on the existing manufacturing technology of the master worm with interval measuring teeth.
