| 摘 要： | 研究了EDTA滴定法测定碳锰球中三氧化二铝的质量分数.试料以过氧化钠熔融,以强碱沉淀分离大部分杂质,分离后的滤液调节pH值后,加入过量的EDTA标准溶液,以PAN为指示剂,用铜盐标准滴定溶液回滴过量的EDTA标准溶液,加入氟盐置换,再用铜盐标准溶液滴定置换出来的EDTA标准溶液,根据消耗标准溶液的量,计算三氧化二铝的质量分数.回收率在98.00％～101.40％之间,标准偏差及变异系数合理,精密度较好.

| Abstract: | The paper researched determination of aluminium oxide content in carbon manganese ball by EDTA titration. Test sample is sodium peroxide, with strong base precipitation separation most impurity and then adjusted pH value, added excess EDTA standard solution, as PAN indicator, back titration into excess EDTA standard solution with copper salt standard titration solution, added villiaumite to replace, calculated the content of aluminium oxide according to the content of consumption of standard solution. Recovery was among 98.00%-101.40%, standard deviation and coefficient of variation was reasonable, the precision was good. |
