整体炉衬砌筑技术研究与实践

摘    要:为延长矿热炉炉衬寿命,研究了锰铁矿热炉整体炉衬砌筑技术,并结合整体炉衬技术在12.5 MVA矿热炉实际应用情况,证明了砌筑工艺技术可显著地提高高碳锰铁炉炉衬寿命,同时详细介绍了整体炉衬砌筑完成后,电炉的新开炉工艺,指出了整体炉衬的缺陷,出铁口砌筑技术及砌筑分层和抗冲刷能力需进一步改进.

Abstract:In order to prolong the life of the furnace lining, combined study on monolithic lining masonry technology for ferromanganese submerged-are furnace with its technological application on 12.5 MVA submerged-arc furnace, it puts forward that the masonry technology can improve high carbon ferromanganese lining lifetime dramatically. It also introduces furnace new blow-in craft after monolithic lining masonry and it points out its drawbacks on tapping hole masonry, masonry laminate and erosion resistance. All these need to be made further improvement.
