硅铁浇铸时产生的无组织烟尘的治理

摘    要:针对硅铁在浇铸工程中所产生的烟尘,对浇铸设施设备进行了改造,匹配相应的收尘设备,使硅铁浇注时无组织烟尘能够被有效治理,烟尘收集率达到99.98%以上,排出的粉尘浓度低于50 mg/m3,效果显著.

Abstract:Aiming at the dust of silicon iron casting, through transforming the casting facility instrument, matching relevant dust collection instrument, the dust collection efficiency is up to 99.98%, dust concentration is under 50mg/m3, disorganized fume and dust disposal of Silicon iron casting is effective governed.
