贵州焦在高碳锰铁生产中的应用实践

摘    要:为改善冶炼炉况,提高技术经济指标,介绍了在高碳锰铁生产中全部使用贵州焦代替云南焦作为还原剂的应用,从电阻率和化学特性上进行了对比,结果表明:采用贵州焦,电炉不再产生翻渣现象、产品回收率和平均日产量均得到提高,冶炼单位电耗及焦耗下降,产品中硅的质量分数得到提高.

Abstract:In order to improve the situation in smelting and increase the technical-economic index, it introduces the reductants replacement application which substitutes Guizhou coke for Yunnan coke in full in high carbon ferromagnesian production. It makes comparison in electrical resistivity and main chemical property respectively. The result shows that the furnace no longer appears turnover of slag after using Guizhou coke. Recovery rate and average daily output increase, unit electricity consumption and coke consumption decrease, silicon mass fraction in product becomes higher.
