摘    要:阐述了硅铝铁合金冶炼开炉的过程和注意事项,并进行了分析总结.其中设备、原料、烘炉、投料、配电、料面管理、放铁等几个方面均对硅铝铁合金冶炼开炉具有至关重要的作用.开炉过程中需要确保做好每个环节的工作,才能为正常生产打下良好基础.

Abstract:It expounds the blow-in process and precautions for FeSi-Al smelting, makes a conclusion that such aspects as equipment, raw material, heating-up, charging, electrical power distribution, charge level management, tapping and so on, all play important roles in the blow-in for smelting FeSi-Al. Adequate preparation for every link can lay the solid foundation for normal production.
