| 摘 要： | 为了使生物基记忆T400织物的染色效果均匀,无绉印、擦伤等疵病,选用高温高压液流染色机进行染色,选取合适的前处理、染色、后整理定型等工序,保证染色织物满足来样定制需求。结果表明,加工后的织物色彩重现性好,手感柔软,且形状记忆功能和弹力效果明显,满足相关服用要求。

| Abstract: | In order to make the dyeing effect of bio-based memory fabric T400 uniform, without wrinkles, scratches and other defects, high temperature and pressure liquid flow dyeing machine was selected for dyeing. Approiate pretreatment, dyeing, finishing and setting process were chosen to ensure that the dyed fabric could meet the customized sample requirements. The results showed that the treated fabric had good color reproducibility, soft handle, good shape memory function and elastic effect, which could meet the related clothing requirements. |
