紫甘蓝天然染料的提取及对羊绒纤维的染色性能研究

摘    要:从紫甘蓝中提取天然染料对羊绒纤维进行染色,考察了提取时间与提取温度对染色性能的影响,紫甘蓝天然染料用量、染色温度、染色时间、媒染剂用量以及媒染方法等对染色性能的影响,并对紫甘蓝天然染料的上染率和染色后纤维的色牢度及断裂强力进行了测试。结果表明,紫甘蓝提取时间为60 min,温度为65℃;染色时紫甘蓝提取液用量为80%,温度为75℃,时间为60min,媒染剂用量为3 g/L,采用同浴媒染法染色,可以对羊绒纤维有效上染,染色牢度与机械性能均较好,耐皂洗色牢度与耐干摩擦色牢度可达4级,羊绒单纤维断裂强力和断裂伸长率分别达到2.5 cN和16%以上,符合羊绒染后粗纺纺纱的质量要求。

Abstract:The cashmere fibre was dyed with extraction of natural dyes from purple cabbage. The effects of extraction time and temperature, and the effects of natural dyes from purple cabbage dosage, dyeing temperature, dyeing time, the amount of mordant and mordant dyeing methods on the dyeing effect were studied. The dye uptake of natural dyes, color fastness and breaking strength of dyed fibers were tested. The results showed that the extraction time of purple cabbage was 60 min and the temperature was 65 ℃. When dyeing, the amount of purple cabbage dye solution was 80%, the temperature was 75 ℃, the time was 60 min, and the amount of mordant was 3 g/L. The cashmere fiber could be dyed effectively by one bath mordant dyeing method. The dyeing fastness and mechanical properties were good. The color fastness to soaping and dry rubbing could reach grade 4. The breaking strength and elongation at break of cashmere single fiber could reach 2.5 cN and above 16%, respectively, which could meet the quality requirements of woolen yarn after cashmere dyeing.
