封端型水性聚氨酯交联剂的合成及其应用

摘    要:以聚乙二醇(Mn=1 500)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为原料,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,亚硫酸氢钠为封端剂,合成了封端型水性聚氨酯交联剂,用红外光谱表征了合成产物,讨论了封端反应温度、反应时间和n(NaHSO3)/n(NCO)对封端率的影响,优化了交联剂的合成工艺条件。将该交联剂、纳米二氧化硅溶胶和阻燃剂复配得到拒水阻燃剂,并应用于涤纶织物。探讨了交联剂、纳米二氧化硅溶胶和阻燃剂用量对涤纶织物性能的影响。结果表明,当交联剂、纳米二氧化硅溶胶和阻燃剂质量比为1∶2∶1、整理剂用量为150 g/L时,整理后涤纶织物的拒水性能达到100分,极限氧指数为26.4%,水洗15次后拒水性能仍有90分,极限氧指数仍有25.6%,具有较好的耐洗性。

Abstract:Using polyethylene glycol (Mn=1 500) and isophorone diisocyanate as raw materials,dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst,and sodium bisulfite as end-capping agent,a end-capped waterborne polyurethane crosslinker was synthesized.The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The effects of the temperature,time and 7i(NaHS03)M(NC0) to the end-capping ratios were discussed.The synthetic technology of crosslinker had been optimized.The crosslinker,nano-silica sol and flame retardant were compounded to obtain a water-repellent and flame retardant finishing agent,which was applied to the polyester fabrics.The effects of the dosages of crosslinker,nano-silica sol and flame retardant on the properties of polyester fabrics were discussed.As a result,when the mass ratio of crosslinker,nano-silica sol and flame retardant was 1:2:1,the dosage of finishing agent was 150 g/L,the hydrophobic property of the polyester fabric after finishing reached 100 points,and the limiting oxygen index was 26.4%.After washing 15 times,the hydrophobic property of polyester fabrics after finishing still had 90 points,and the limiting oxygen index was still 25.6%,which had good washability.
