| 摘 要： | 探讨了二氧化硫脲(TD)对活性染料染色棉织物剥色的工艺条件,比较了与传统保险粉剥色效果的差异。结果表明:TD对活性染料染色棉织物最佳剥色工艺为TD4g/L、NaOH5g/L、70℃、40min。与传统保险粉相比,TD剥色对棉纤维的损伤较小。

| Abstract: | The technological conditions of thiourea dioxide(TD)stripping of cotton fabrics dyed with reac tive dyes were discussed,and the difference of stripping effect between TD and traditional sodium dithionite was compared.The results showed that the optimum stripping process of cotton fabrics dyed with reactive dyes by TD was as follows:TD 4 g/L,NaOH 5 g/L,70℃and 40 min.Compared with the traditional stripping,the damage of cotton fibers after TD stripping was less. |
