连杆胀断伺服控制液压系统设计与研究

摘    要:设计了连杆胀断伺服控制液压系统,基于AMESim搭建了待胀断和胀断过程系统仿真模型,仿真获得了胀断液压缸到达预设待胀断位置的活塞位移曲线,分析了比例系数对胀断液压缸活塞位移的影响,确定了较优的比例系数值为5000。针对不同胀断力要求,进行了系统胀断特性仿真,研究了胀断力对胀断位移、胀断速度、胀断缸上下腔压力和流量的影响规律。结果表明:所设计的连杆胀断伺服控制液压系统可适应不同胀断力的胀断工况,为进一步优化连杆胀断液压系统提供参考。

Abstract:The servo control hydraulic system of connecting rod expansion and break was designed.The system simulation model of the process to be expanded and broken was built based on AMESim.The piston displacement curve that expansion and break hydraulic cylinder reaches the preset position to be expanded was obtained by simulation,the influence of the proportional coefficient on the piston displacement of the expanding and breaking hydraulic cylinder was analyzed,and the optimal proportional coefficient was determined to be 5000.Aimed to the requirements of different expansion and break forces,the characteristics of system expansion and break were simulated,and the influences of expansion and break forces on the displacement,the velocity,the pressure and the flow of the upper and lower cavities of the cylinder were studied.The results show that the designed servo control hydraulic system of connecting rod expansion and break can adapt to the expansion and break conditions of different expansion and break forces,which provides reference for further optimizing the hydraulic system of connecting rod expansion and break.
