基于Box-Behnken实验设计优化棉杆皮染料提取及对真丝织物的染色研究

摘    要:采用Box-Behnken实验设计,探讨了棉杆皮染料提取的最优工艺:料液比1∶7.2,浸提时间80 min,浸提温度95℃。对真丝织物进行直接染色,一般工艺为:pH=4,染色时间60 min,染色温度90℃,浴比1∶50。

Abstract:Box-Behnken test design was used to obtain the optimum process for extracting dyes from cotton stem skin.The optimum process for extracting was as follows:the ratio of material to liquid 1∶7.2,ex traction time 80 min,extraction temperature 95℃.Direct dyeing of silk fabrics was usually carried out with pH=4,dyeing time 60 min,dyeing temperature 90℃and bath ratio 1∶50.
