摘    要:利用直接模板法制备TiO_2/ZSM-5复合光催化剂,采用X射线衍射仪、比表面仪、扫描电镜等分析了复合材料的物理化学性能。结果表明,TiO_2/ZSM-5复合材料为介孔结构,比表面积达1 151 m^2/g。以甲基橙溶液为模拟印染废水,研究了TiO_2/ZSM-5的光催化活性,结果表明,光照180 min后,甲基橙溶液的脱色率和TOC去除率分别达到99.55%和99%,在pH=7.5时降解效果最好。多层介孔结构有利于降解反应后光催化剂的回收,避免二次污染和对光催化剂的浪费。TiO_2/ZSM-5光催化活性的提升主要是由于多层介孔结构可以增加光的利用率以及比表面积大能提供更多的反应活性位。

Abstract:TiO2/ZSM-5 composite photocatalyst was prepared by direct templating technique. The physicochemical properties of composites were characterized by XRD, BET and SEM. The results revealed that TiO2/ZSM-5 composite had mesoporous structure with specific surface area larger than 1 151 m2/g. Using methyl orange solution as simulation dyeing wastewater, the photocatalytic performance of TiO2/ZSM-5 was studied.The results showed that after 180 min of irradiation, the decolorization rate and TOC removal rate of methyl orange solution reached 99.55% and 99%, respectively. The degradation effect was the best at pH=7.5. Multilayer mesoporous structure was conducive to the recovery of photocatalyst after degradation reaction, avoiding secondary pollution and waste of photocatalyst. The enhancement of photocatalytic activity of TiO2/ZSM-5 was mainly due to the multi-layer mesoporous structure could increase the utilization of light, and the high specific surface area could provide more reactive sites.
