摘    要:针对钢丝单镀Galfan合金工艺的表面质量问题进行探讨性试验,通过对实际生产的模拟,用调整电流密度、走线速度、改变抹拭工艺等方法,得出优化的工艺。在低电流密度和低走线速度时,采用氮气加陶瓷球的抹拭方式,钢丝的综合性能最佳;在较高电流密度和高走线速度时,采用氮气加耐蚀合金球的抹拭方式,钢丝的综合性能最佳。

Abstract:Discussible test is conducted on surface quality of single hot-dipping Galfan alloy coating steel wire. Optimizing process is found by adjusting current density, speed, wiping process etc in laboratory production line. Integrating property of steel wire is best with nitrogen and ceramic ball wiping on low current density and low speed. Integrating property of steel wire is best with nitrogen and antirust alloy ball wiping on high current density and high speed.
