摘    要:根据目前国内大功率电牵引采煤机采用的PLC控制系统和变频调速装置,分析了变频器装置及电网产生的电磁干扰的原因和危害,提出了具体的抑制谐波技术措施,解决了采煤机现场运行中PLC控制系统的干扰问题。

Abstract:According to the current domestic high-power electric traction shearer by the PLC control system and frequency control devices,analyzed the frequency converter plant and power grid of the electromagnetic interference the causes and hazards,proposed a specific harmonic suppression of technical measures to solve shearer the scene in the operation of the PLC control system interference.
