聚碳酸酯/ABS共混物的阻燃化研究

摘    要:通过氧指数测定仪系统地考察了三氧化二锑、四溴双酚A和十溴二苯醚阻燃剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)和ABS共混物的阻燃效果,它们之间的协同效应以及共混物的力学性能。结果表明,三氧化二锑、四溴双酚A和十溴二苯醚分别对共混物有一定的阻燃作用,当它们按一定比例存在于共混物时,阻燃效果最佳,共混物的氧指数可达32.5。探索了不同偶联剂与PC和ABS的相容性,并选出与共混组分相容性最好的偶联剂,对轻质碳酸钙进行表面处理

Abstract:In this work flame retrardance of bisphenol A polycarbonate (PC)/ABS blends is studied. The role of Sb_2O_3, tetrabromobisphenol A and decabromodiphenyl ether in flame retardance of the blends and their coordinated effect of three flame retardant is examined by oxygen index measurement. The result shows that any one of them make a contribution to flame retardance for PC/ABS system.The highest retardance (OI=32. 5) is a chieved when three of flame retardants in proportion are added to PC/ABS blends. In addition, the effect of treated CaCO_3 , glass fiber on flame retardance is explored. It is shown that flame retardance is slightly benefited by adding glass fiber and treated CaCO_3.
