半水冷水轮发电机定子线圈稳态温度场分析

摘    要:本文利用有限体积法对一台460MW半水冷水轮发电机定子线圈稳态温度场进行了共轭传热计算研究,减少了经验性参数对计算结果的影响。计算结果表明:水温、铜温沿水流方向逐渐增加;线圈中各截面水、铜平均温度及铜最高温度与截面和水路入口的间距成近似线性关系,且三者沿水流方向变化程度相近。

Abstract:In this paper,a conjugate heat transfer on the steady-state temperature field of a 460MW half-water-cooled hydro-generator stator coil is studied by using finite volume method,and the impact of empirical parameters is effectively decreased.The results show that the temperatures of water and copper gradually increase along the direction of water flow.The average temperature of cooling water and copper,and the maximum temperature of copper in each coil cross section have an approximate linear relation with the distance between the inlet and the cross section,and they change similarly along the direction of the water flow.
