蒲石河水轮机新型泄水环的结构特点

摘    要:蒲石河电站为抽水蓄能电站,因电站1号机组泄水环把合螺钉部分断裂,导致泄水环其中的3块掉落,影响了机组的稳定运行,需设计新的泄水环结构,避免泄水环再次脱落,保证机组的稳定性,本文介绍了新型泄水环的结构特点,幵对电站原泄水环需改造的部件进行了具体说明,同时新型泄水环结构对后续蓄能电站的设计提供参考。

Abstract:Pushihe is pumped storage power station,due to the fracture of the screw joint of the 1# unit of the power plant,the 3 pieces of the discharge ring fall off,which affects the stable operation of the unit,new discharge ring structure should be designed to prevent the discharge ring from falling off again to ensure the stability of the unit,In this paper,the structure features of the new type of discharge ring are introduced,and the parts that need to be reformed for the original discharge ring of the power station are described in detail.Meanwhile,the structure of the new type provides reference for the design of the subsequent storage power station.
