大型汽轮发电机转子全电流试验磁场分析

摘    要:新设计的大型汽轮发电机在出厂前,必须要进行型式试验,其中很重要的一项就是转子全电流温升试验,了解转子绕组在额定励磁电流下的温度分布情况,保证设计的可靠性。本文采用二维有限元法对大型汽轮发电机转子全电流试验进行电磁场仿真,分析气隙磁场、铁心发热及定子电压情况,表明通过将部分转子绕组反接可有效抵消转子磁场,减小电机端电压及定子铁心损耗,为电机试验提供理论支撑。

Abstract:The type test for a new design of large turbo-generator must be carried out in the factory. The temperature rise test with full rotor current is very important to check the temperature distribution of rotor winding, which ensures the reliability of the design. In this paper the generator's electromagnetic field in the test is simulated by 2D FEM. The magnetic field of air gap, the iron loss of stator and the terminal voltage is analyzed. The results show that reversing some rotor coils can effectively reduce the rotor field, terminal voltage and iron loss, which provide theoretical supports for the test.
