| Abstract: | For treating the interaction between plastic deformation and temperature field in a coupled manner during the bulk metal forming process, the article introduces the basic theory of hot forging forming process of thermodynamic couple simulation in rigid plastic finite element method, and deduces a thermodynamic couple equation with the nodal velocity increment and the nodal temperature being as basic unknown quantities. It also introduces two methods for solving the couple equation. |
