| 摘 要： | 为满足一体化联合作战对武器装备发展的需求分析，美军开发了联合能力集成开发系统（joint capabilities integration and development system，JCIDS）。深入分析了JCIDS系统方法与工作流程，将JCIDS方法与传统基于威胁的装备发展需求分析方法进行了对比，说明了JCIDS方法的特点；面向一体化联合作战，就航天装备体系的发展，得出了几点启示。

| Abstract: | To meet the requirements of the weapon equipment systems development desired for joint operations,the US army has founded the joint capabilities integration and development system(JCIDS).In this paper,the method and procedure of JCIDS is thoroughly analyzed.Through comparing the JCIDS method with traditional threat-based weapon development requirements analysis method,the characteristics of JCIDS are illustrated.Based on those analysis mentioned above,to meet the requirements of future joint operations,some suggestions on the development of space weapon equipment systems are concluded. |
