合金凝固传热、传质和液相流动的数值模拟及宏观偏析的预测

摘    要:将合金铸锭凝固过程中的液相区、凝固区和固相区均视为一种连续介质,建立了适用于描述金属合金凝固传输现象的统一数学模型。对Al-4.5%Cu铸锭凝固过程中的温度场、流场和宏观成分分布进行了数值模拟,并进行了实验验证。

Abstract:A continuum model and numerical method were established for des-cription of heat, mass and momentum transfers as well as macrosegregation forma-tions in metallic alloy ingots. Numerical simulation of temperature, composition andliquid flow fields during solidification were made on an Al-4.5%Cu ingot. Themodel and numerical method were verified through two experiments.
